Tattoo Tribe 12th Anniversary Contest Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This Contest is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States who are of majority age in their respective state or territory at the time of entry and who have received at least one tattoo from Tattoo Tribe prior to the start of the Contest. Employees of Tattoo Tribe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. How to Enter: Eligible participants must submit a creative photo or video of their Tattoo Tribe tattoo via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram and include the hashtag #tattootribe12 in their submission. By entering, participants warrant that their submission complies with Instagram's community guidelines, is their original work, does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, and contains no material deemed objectionable or offensive.

3. Contest Period: The Contest commences on March 15, 2024, and ends on May 15, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of professional artists from Tattoo Tribe, based on creativity and originality. Four (4) winners will be chosen. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

5. Prizes:

• First Prize: A custom $600 Tattoo Tribe voucher.

• Second Prize: A $400 Tattoo Tribe voucher.

• Third Prize: A dinner at a local establishment with our artist, Miguel.

• Fourth Prize: Exclusive Tattoo Tribe commemorative artwork.

6. Rights Granted by Contest Entrants: By entering this Contest, participants grant Tattoo Tribe an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the submitted photos and videos in any media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes, without additional compensation, notice, review, or consent.

7. Limitation of Liability: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Google. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram and Google from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Contest. All inquiries, feedback, or complaints should be directed to Tattoo Tribe, not Instagram or Google.

8. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Tattoo Tribe reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Tattoo Tribe’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Tattoo Tribe in its sole discretion.
